All custom products come with free error correction service for up to six months beginning at the time of delivery provided the errors are the fault of ConsulData and not the result of any circumstance falling outside the agreed-upon scope of work (e.g. formatting changes, formulating new calculations, etc). They also come with two free minor edits, meaning any edit to the delivered product that changes the original intent of the project and requires less than two hours of labor. All major edits and/or corrections beyond those limits will incur a charge for work at an hourly rate of $20 per hour. Purchase of a ConsulData Subscription of any tier supersedes these additional terms and charges and begins immediately at the purchase of the Subscription (see Subscription terms for more detail). One-time deliverable products, at the time of delivery, will remain the intellectual property of ConsulData and may be used in future projects, sales, and/or advertising sans customer data or other identifying information. Modern data analysis tools are incredibly powerful and purpose-built to assist data scientists and their customers in making sense of the data in front of them. While fancy dashboards and hyper-specific data points are fantastic to have, they aren't always necessary. We can just as easily provide data analysis in simple packages that meet your needs without breaking the bank and without flooding you with unnecessary information that doesn't meet your intent anyways.

Standard rate for sustained service contracts is $20 per hour. All rates beyond that are and must be negotiated. ConsulData Subscriptions

ConsulData Subscriptions allow our customers to get continued assistance with our products when they need it. Subscriptions exist for the purpose of providing troubleshooting, error correction, consultations, and edits beyond the point of sale, because your work doesn't end when you buy our product. Life continues on and your requirements at home and at work are going to change. Your tools should too.

Tier 2 Subscription

$30/month (charged monthly at $30 or bi-annually at $153 15% Savings)

You've got a handle on things, you know how to use Microsoft Office products, you're not too concerned. Every once in a while though, you just can't figure out that one setting, that one formatting option, or how to get your formulas to give you exactly what you want. We're here to help for those occasions, because you don't need much more than that. We're just here to back you up.

With a Tier 2 subscription, we'll provide assistance with and modify existing ConsulData products that you've purchased. Troubleshooting, updating, minor/major edits, beautification, exportation, and more are all options we offer for working with your ConsulData products. With the Tier 2 Subscription we'll dedicate five (5) hours of work per month solely to assisting you to meet your needs. Your emails and messages will be given priority to make sure that your issues are handled in a timely manner and with the utmost efficiency to make sure you can get back on your way without significant delay. For what is effectively $6/hour, we're here for you.

ConsulData products may have been purchased before or after the beginning of the Tier 2 Subscription. Purchase of one-time deliverable products will still include the addition of two free minor edits. The six-month period of error correction for one-time deliverable products becomes null and void at the time of purchase of a Subscription and all error correction will count towards the remaining time limitations of the Subscription. All requested work that continues beyond the remaining time limitations of the Subscription will incur a charge at the standard rate of $20 per hour. Notification of time limitations remaining for the Subscription will be delivered at the conclusion of each interaction with ConsulData that requires consultation for or direct work on any ConsulData product. Neither merely contacting ConsulData nor the act of ConsulData reading initial correspondence counts against the remaining time limitations of the Subscription; deduction of time remaining begins at the point when ConsulData must begin taking action to engage the customer to provide consultation or initiate direct work to support the customer's needs. You have a right to choose if you will go past your monthly time limitations for the Subscription; ConsulData will cease work at depletion of the time limitations for the Subscription until the point at which the time limitations roll over into the next month or you permit ConsulData to continue work at the standard rate. The Subscription is non-refundable and does not auto-renew. The Subscription may be cancelled by you at any time. The Subscription may be cancelled by ConsulData at any time; if the Subscription is cancelled by ConsulData, you will be refunded a pro-rated amount equal to the percentage of time remaining in the total Subscription time limitations (measured in months, whereby here ConsulData will consider all months to be 30-day months). The Subscription is non-transferable. The Subscription is limited to one subscription per single entity. Please contact ConsulData with any questions regarding the Subscription or these terms.

Tier 1 Subscription

$80/month (charged monthly at $80 or bi-annually at $432 10% Savings)

The assistance you require may be a little more in-depth than a Tier 2 Subscription provides. Perhaps you own a small business and you're trying to bring your tools into the digital realm. Maybe you just got a new job managing data and you need assistance figuring out how. You might even just not be too savvy with computers but you know it's important these days to keep up with the competition. Regardless of the reason, with a Tier 1 Subscription ConsulData will provide you with dedicated, prioritized work to ensure that you have the best product that you need, when you need it.

With a Tier 1 Subscription, we'll provide assistance with and modify existing ConsulData products that you've purchased, all the same as a Tier 2 Subscription, but we'll up the ante and also work with you to develop custom office tools and products tailored to your exact needs. From the inception of your idea to crossing the final t, we'll dedicate ten (10) hours of work per month to helping you build the digital products and tools you need, or customize your existing ones. Your correspondence and work will be prioritized and we'll ensure that your needs are not just met in full, but that they're met in a timely manner.

One-on-One Assistance as you need it
